Job summary

Accenture Flex is hiring a Dynamics 365 Customer Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize business applications using Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and AI-powered solutions. The role focuses on solution architecture, troubleshooting, training, and governance for enterprise clients, with on-site work in the local metro area.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform, along with hands-on development and data integration skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform.
• Up to date product knowledge in Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service and familiarity with the other modules.
• Dynamics 365 Field Service and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys.
• Experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform admin center.
• Comfortable managing Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform environments, including configuration, security, and upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders at assigned customers.
• Develop and execute service delivery plans leveraging repeatable services to educate the customer and assess implementation.
• Work with team members to support customers and share expertise.
• Deliver technical training and contribute to training material improvements.
• Engage in requests to troubleshoot customer issues and mitigate blockers.
