Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE Online and Power Platform.
• Deep experience in solution design, architecture, and governance for enterprise deployments.
• Hands-on development and data integration across Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering and Copilot solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders at customers.
• Develop service delivery plans and educate customers on best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to support customers and leverage expertise.
• Deliver technical training and improve training materials.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and remove technical blockers.
