Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform.
Up to date product knowledge in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and related modules.
Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders at assigned customers.
Develop and execute a service delivery plan leveraging repeatable services to educate the customer and assess implementation.
Collaborate with team members to support customers and share expertise for success.
Deliver technical training and improve training content based on feedback.
Troubleshoot customer issues and mitigate blockers.
