Accenture is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Engineer to architect, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients in the US. The role focuses on integration, AI-driven automation, and governance, with emphasis on performance tuning and training.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of Dynamics 365 CE experience, strong Dataverse/Power Apps skills, and hands-on development in TypeScript, JavaScript, and C#.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Hands-on development with TypeScript/JavaScript and C# .NET.
• Experience with AI copilots, agentic solutions, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture for Dynamics 365 CE, Online and Power Platform deployments.
• Lead performance tuning and system maintainability enhancements.
• Deliver technical training and create/update training content.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to ensure best-practice execution.
