Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engineer to play a key role as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, designing, deploying and modernizing Dynamics 365 solutions on Power Platform. You will help educate customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to ongoing training materials.

The role requires deep technical skills in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform, with experience in AI-assisted development and modern engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Insights Journeys, and data integration.
• Fluency in English and strong consulting/customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and partners.
• Develop and execute a service delivery plan to educate and ensure best-practice execution.
• Deliver technical training and improve training content.
• Hands-on development and data integration across Dynamics 365 CE.
