Mattress Firm is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, and support the enterprise CRM ecosystem built on Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure services. The role partners with business stakeholders to maximize CRM value across stores, contact centers, and eCommerce, while ensuring security and scalability.

The position offers a remote work option with hybrid schedules or fully remote possibilities, depending on the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Omnichannel.
• Lead development and customization across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and associated Microsoft technologies.
• Develop server-side logic using C#, Dataverse plug-ins, custom APIs, and Power Platform components.
• Develop client-side extensions using JavaScript/TypeScript, PCF controls, and Dataverse Web API calls.
• Review, approve, and mentor development efforts to ensure coding standards and architecture.
• Perform technical code reviews; ensure security, performance, and governance.
• Use Azure DevOps for source control, work items, CI/CD, and deployment documentation.
• Integrate DreamHub clienteling solutions with Dynamics 365 and empower CRM capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure CRM solutions.
