Job summary

UtiliSave LLC is seeking a senior developer to own and mature our Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and related Power Platform automations. You will work in a fully remote team, collaborating with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable CRM solutions.

Responsibilities include configuring CRM, building automations with Power Automate and Power Apps, and integrating with external systems. Strong focus on AI-assisted development tools and documentation, with mentorship across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM experience: configuration, customization, plugins/workflows, and integrations.
• Strong C# and/or JavaScript for CRM customization.
• Power Platform experience including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in real projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote team.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration, customization, and integration work on our Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, from discovery through post-go-live support.
• Design, build, and support automations and low-code solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Use AI-assisted development tools as a standard part of your workflow — for implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into CRM solutions.
• Write and maintain technical documentation as part of delivery.
• Collaborate with the existing M365/CRM developer on CRM architecture decisions and mentorship.
• Track all work in JIRA, with estimation and task breakdown before development begins.
