Talener is assisting a client, an innovative real estate FinTech company, in seeking a Senior MS Dynamics CRM Engineer to own and enhance the CRM platform. This role combines hands-on development with business partnership, focusing on CRM customization, API integrations, and Azure/MS SQL environments to support Sales and Marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.
• MS SQL, Azure, and REST API integration experience.
• Ability to bridge technical and business teams.
• React/Node.js, FinTech, Mortgage, or LOS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
• Build and maintain API integrations with a custom Loan Origination System.
