Job summary

Worky is seeking a senior developer to advance our Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform-based automation stack. You will own CRM configuration, customization, and integrations, and empower teams with low-code solutions including Power Automate and Power Apps.

You will work in a fully remote, US-based team, collaborating with business stakeholders and other developers to deliver reliable, documented, and scalable CRM solutions. Experience with AI-assisted development is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM experience: config, customization, plugins/workflows, integrations.
• Experience with Power Platform: Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Proficient in C# and/or JavaScript for CRM customization; SQL Server or relational DB.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in real projects.

Responsibilities

• Own Dynamics 365 CRM customization, integration, and post-go-live support.
• Design and support automations with Power Automate and Power Apps to reduce manual work.
• Use AI tools as standard in implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into CRM solutions.
• Write technical documentation as part of delivery; mentor teammates as needed.
• Work with our existing CRM dev to shape architecture decisions.
• Track all work in JIRA with proper estimation and breakdown.
