Mattress Firm is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, and optimize our enterprise CRM ecosystem. You will lead the technical design and review of CRM solutions across Sales, Service, Omnichannel, and AI-powered interactions, partnering with architects, product owners, and store operations.

The role emphasizes scalable architecture, secure coding, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Service, and Omnichannel.
Lead development and customization across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
Review code, mentor developers, and ensure secure, scalable solutions.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Omnichannel.
Lead development across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and related Microsoft tech.
Develop server-side logic with C#, Dataverse plug-ins, APIs, and Power Platform components.
Build client-side extensions using JavaScript/TypeScript and PCF controls.
Review code, enforce standards, and ensure secure, maintainable solutions.
Utilize Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, and deployment tracking.
