Qualifications

Senior CRM developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure.
Experience designing, integrating, and extending CRM solutions across Sales, Service, and Omnichannel.
Strong code reviews, secure and scalable solutions, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Service, and Omnichannel.
Lead development and customization across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and related tech.
Develop server-side logic in C#, Dataverse plugins, APIs, and Power Platform components.
Create client-side extensions using JavaScript/TypeScript and Dataverse Web API.
Mentor developers and enforce coding standards and architecture.
Perform code reviews and ensure secure, scalable CRM deployments.
Use Azure DevOps for source control, work items, builds, and releases.
Integrate DreamHub clienteling with Dynamics 365 CE.
Improve customer engagement and service across stores and channels.
Collaborate with Sales, Care, Retail Ops, Marketing, and Digital teams.
Develop Copilot AI-powered solutions within Dynamics 365 and integrate chatbots.
