Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, and optimize our enterprise CRM ecosystem built on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure.

You will lead technical design reviews, mentor developers, and drive scalable, secure CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Omnichannel, contacting store ops, contact centers, ecommerce, and AI customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Enterprise Software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and/or Customer Service) development experience.
• 3+ years developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.
• 2+ years supporting enterprise integrations utilizing Azure services and REST APIs.
• Experience developing or supporting conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio preferred.
• 2+ years working in Agile software development environments required.
• Experience with Azure-based integration patterns, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Key Vault, and Application Insights preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and customization across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and related technologies.
• Develop server-side logic with C# Dataverse plugins and custom APIs.
• Create client-side extensions using JavaScript/TypeScript and PCF controls.
• Review code and mentor developers to ensure standards and security.
• Manage source control, PRs, and CI/CD in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align CRM with business goals.
