Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director/PM to co-lead strategic and operational planning for development programs in collaboration with GPL and GPM. You will guide timing, budgets, and resources, ensuring milestones are met and cross-functional teams stay aligned with the portfolio strategy.

You’ll lead multiple GPTs, drive governance readiness, and coach teams toward execution excellence while balancing speed, quality, and cost in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences or related field; PMP desirable.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with cross-functional leadership.
• Proven track record in planning and managing complex programs.

Responsibilities
