Job summary

Stage 4 Solutions seeks a Global Drug Development Senior Program Manager for a global pharmaceutical client. The role partners with the GPL and GPM to co‑lead strategic and operational planning with the GPT in early and/or late development.

The Associate Director PM provides content expertise on timing, costs, and resources to deliver milestones and goals. This is a 40-hour per week, 12-month contract with 50% onsite work at the client office in Lawrenceville, NJ/Cambridge Crossing, MA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in biotech/pharma/healthcare
• Experience leading cross-functional matrix teams in portfolio programs
• Plan and manage complex early/late phase drug development programs

Responsibilities

• Co-lead cross-functional GPT planning and governance
• Develop integrated program plans including timelines, budget, and resources
• Lead team goal setting and governance interactions
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and transparent reporting
• Coach PMs and build talent pipelines for GPT memberships
