Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in science, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of pharma or life sciences experience with enterprise initiatives.
• Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in matrix environments.
• Strong change management and execution track record.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead enterprise initiatives with clear governance and roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end priorities with defined milestones and success measures.
• Translate market signals into growth implications and executive briefs.
• Direct cross-functional programs with structured governance and milestones.
• Frame ambiguous problems and develop practical recommendations.
• Analyze data with senior stakeholders and drive insights.
• Develop executive communications and leadership narratives.
• Advise on program risk, trade-offs, and resource decisions.
