Stellantis NV in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a senior engineer to provide technical oversight of the EDM Gear Reducer & Driveline program, ensuring cost, timing, efficiency, mass, NVH and quality targets are met.

You will lead engineering teams across hardware, software and calibration, coordinate DFMEA/DRBFM, manage milestones, and partner with purchasing, manufacturing and suppliers to deliver prototype and production solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 10 years of experience
• Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience in transmission and/or driveline design, releasing, development, validation, calibration, manufacturing, program management
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical oversight of the Gear Reducer/Driveline program milestones and objectives across hardware, software, calibration, and validation.
• Lead engineering teams to deliver prototype and production solutions meeting vehicle/program requirements.
• Coordinate DFMEA/DRBFM activities and develop acceptable engineering milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Purchasing, and Supply Operations to support cost and schedule targets.
