Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a seasoned Chief Engineer to oversee axles, driveline, transfer cases, gear reducers and 4WD systems across light-duty programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of overall experience in transmission, axles and driveline design.
• Proven experience with DFSS, DFMEA, DRBFM and design validation.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical oversight of axles, driveline and 4WD systems across vehicle programs.
• Drive architecture decisions, integration, validation and risk management.
• Coordinate with propulsion, vehicle, purchasing and validation teams.
• Lead system integration reviews and technical assessments for performance and quality.
