Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in talent acquisition or administrative duties preferred.
• Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, ATS experience preferred.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Special Skills: Attention to detail and investigative skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, verify, and qualify driver applications in DOT compliance terms.
• Support full life-cycle recruitment activities for internal and external applicants.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Lead and Hiring Managers to meet department goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service to applicants and teams throughout the process.
