Job summary

You will partner with senior leadership to design governance, lead leadership development, support BRGs, and manage executive talent initiatives within a multi-functional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in talent management, succession planning, or workforce strategy.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role; strong influence with exec teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide succession planning and governance frameworks.
• Oversee workforce assessments, performance management, and KPIs.
• Drive leadership development, internal mobility, and BRG strategy.
• Partner with senior leadership to align talent with business goals.
• Manage budget and resources for executive talent initiatives.
