Job summary

Tyson Foods in Springdale, AR seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our early career strategy and campus partnerships. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and measuring the success of internship programs, rotational experiences, and talent pipelines to meet future workforce needs.

You will partner with colleges, universities, and industry partners, serve as a liaison for university relations, and work with TA Managers, HR Partners, Hiring Managers, and Talent Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, organizational psychology, or business administration.
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience OR 3+ years plus 2+ related HR/communications roles.
• Strong computer skills and experience with applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Create proactive talent pipelining strategies for internships, trainees, and entry-level programs.
• Design and deliver early career experiences including internships, rotational programs, and year-round exposure opportunities.
• Collaborate with TA Managers, HR Partners, Hiring Managers, and Talent Management to anticipate future business needs.
• Serve as liaison for university partnerships and industry relations.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and monitor progress to meet recruitment goals.
