Job summary

Ideal candidates have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree, 1 year in talent acquisition or event planning, strong communication skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, particularly fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Arabic.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Experience with or exposure to talent acquisition processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the plant HR team at different points in the process such as application review, interview scheduling, and offer creation and extension.
• Organize, schedule, and confirm all interviews for hourly production hiring.
• Work with the talent acquisition team to ensure the entire TA process and candidate experience exceeds Tyson Foods guidelines.
• Assist with hiring processes that align with compliance regulations and OFCCP guidelines.
• Take on other duties as assigned such as orientation, I-9, etc.
