Qualifications

3+ years in HR or Talent Acquisition; 1+ year sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage with all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with applicant tracking systems.
Willing to travel 1–5 times for recruiting events.

Responsibilities

Lead recruitment strategy and client relationships management.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand recruitment needs.
Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing to offers; ensure a smooth experience.
Maintain accurate ATS documentation and generate reports for compliance.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members; propose process improvements.
