Job summary

Responsibilities include donor visits, complex proposals, and data-driven fundraising planning to meet annual and long-term goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• One year of relevant education may substitute for one year of required work experience, or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may substitute for one year of required education.
• Minimum of 7 Years of Experience (Required)
• Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices, including donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and prospects.
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies and work plans.
• Build relationships with physicians, clinicians, volunteers, donors, prospects, and leadership.
• Prepare proposals, case statements, stewardship reports, and donor materials.
• Conduct donor visits and engagement activities to advance relationships.
• Maintain accurate donor data and moves management records.
• Plan donor events and cross-functional engagement initiatives.
• Analyze donor data and monitor progress toward goals.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
