Johns Hopkins University is seeking a Sr. Development Coordinator to support Annual Giving and Development and Alumni Relations. The role requires triaging inquiries, ensuring donor data accuracy, and producing reports to inform strategy and operations.

The successful candidate will manage gift processing, budget coordination, and events, collaborating with leadership and staff to support campaigns and donor stewardship. This position is based on the Mount Washington Campus.

Qualifications

• Five years related experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required; higher education substituted per policy.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Serve as lead to triage internal and external constituent inquiries.
• Ensure accurate processing of contributions and donor database integrity (CRM).
• Review data quality and triage issues to team/leadership.
• Compile/analyze data; produce ad hoc and regular reports.
• Support gift officer processes including pipeline management and reporting.
• Coordinate planning, timelines, agendas, and follow-up actions for projects and events.
