Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of related fundraising experience.
• Experience with CRM fundraising databases is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Donor Relations team’s inbound fund requests and inquiries; serves as the primary contact for fund data, list, and report requests.
• Ensures philanthropic funds are spent appropriately and in compliance with fund terms.
• Contributes to resolving complex fund administration issues in collaboration with MGB Finance and other stakeholders.
• Collaborates on process improvements and technology solutions across financial reporting, fund management, and compliance activities.
• Tracks and audits fund terms, maturities, and expenditures for new and existing funds.
• Assists with special projects such as auditing reinvesting endowments and compiling financial information for gift proposals.
• Produces formal financial reports for donors on current-use and endowment funds, and develops bespoke reports for top donors.
• Develops stewardship metrics to inform best practices, in collaboration with the Director.
• Participates in professional development opportunities and internal volunteer roles.
• Contributes to maintaining positive office morale during high work volume.
