Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years of experience in strategic communications.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed organization preferred.
• Excellent persuasive writing and editing abilities; ability to translate complex information.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic communications for principal and transformational gift donors across Mass General Brigham.
• Develop and execute high-priority writing and communications projects.
• Deliverables include proposals, case statements, stewardship reports, donor correspondence, and custom communications.
• Collaborate with gift officers, faculty, hospital leadership, project managers, and marketing colleagues.
