Job summary

Mass General Brigham Development Office is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Donor Relations team’s fund management and compliance efforts. You will ensure accurate donor data, manage fund reporting, and coordinate with ISM and Finance.

You will develop stewardship metrics, produce donor reports for current-use and endowment funds, and educate staff and donors on financial topics while building strong relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–7 years related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse audiences and teams.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with fundraising databases (CRM) and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound fund requests and donor data reports.
• Ensure funds are used per donor terms and compliant.
• Collaborate with Finance and GC Office on complex fund issues.
• Develop process improvements across reporting, fund management, and compliance.
• Produce formal donor reports for current-use and endowment funds.
• Educate colleagues and donors on financial topics.
• Develop stewardship metrics with the Director.
