Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5–7 years of related development experience.
• Experience devising and implementing cultivation and solicitation strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-focused and strategic.
• Proficiency in data entry, data management and reporting.
• Ability to motivate and collaborate with diverse internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of prospects and donors to meet fundraising targets.
• Formulate moves management strategies and document work in Blackbaud CRM.
• Collaborate withhospital partners and fundraising teams to maximize giving.
• Prepare proposals, case statements, and donor communications.
• Represent Mass General Brigham with stakeholders to advance philanthropy.
