Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks an Associate Director for Donor Relations to lead fund administration and financial stewardship within the Development Office. You will oversee donor data, reporting, and compliance, partnering across ISM and Finance to maintain data integrity and drive improvements.

You will educate colleagues and donors, develop stewardship metrics, and support special projects and gift proposals while ensuring alignment with donor intent and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5-7 years of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with CRM fundraising databases.
• Experience with financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Donor Relations team's inbound fund requests and inquiries; serves as the primary contact for fund data, list, and report requests.
• Ensures philanthropic funds are spent appropriately and in compliance with fund terms.
• Tracks and audits fund terms, maturities, and expenditures for new and existing funds.
• Produces formal financial reports for donors on current-use and endowment funds; develops bespoke reports for top donors.
