Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an Associate Director of Development to lead strategic identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of prospects and donors in assigned areas. Qualifications

Experience devising cultivation and solicitation strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
Proficiency in data entry, data management and reporting.
Ability to motivate, influence and collaborate with diverse audiences.
Experience with Blackbaud CRM or Raiser’s Edge and MS Office; familiarity with Zoom/Teams.

Responsibilities

Build and actively manage a portfolio of prospects and donors.
Solicit and close gifts including outright, life income, bequests, and gifts of assets.
Meet annual fundraising targets and track performance metrics.
Document work in the donor database (Blackbaud CRM).
Collaborate with fundraising teams to meet department goals.
Develop relationships with hospital and institutional partners to maximize giving.
