Job summary

Habitat Charlotte Region seeks a Senior Donor Database Specialist to lead Salesforce fundraising data management, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights. You’ll collaborate across teams to improve donor engagement and drive revenue growth.

You’ll train staff, monitor data quality, and deliver segmentation, dashboards and reports to guide development strategy, with focus on stewardship and recognition.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of data entry and database management experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or Raiser's Edge preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and data integrity practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage Donor Database to support fundraising and engagement.
• Audit, cleanse, and deduplicate data and run regular quality checks.
• Train staff on database processes and Salesforce Trailhead resources.
• Oversee donor recognition, reporting, and KPI dashboards.
• Support gift entry, acknowledgments, and event/peer-to-peer tools.
