Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region seeks an experienced Individual Giving Manager to grow the Builders Circle and The Crew, manage donor relationships, and execute personalized cultivation plans.

You will use data-driven strategies to identify mid-level and major gift opportunities, coordinate cross-functional donor experiences, and report on fundraising performance to support ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive fundraising or development experience.
• Proven ability to cultivate, solicit, steward, and grow a donor portfolio.
• Experience using donor databases/CRM to analyze giving trends and inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Builders Circle donors and monthly donors with personalized plans.
• Develop donor outreach strategies to deepen relationships and increase giving.
• Collaborate with development, communications, and program staff for donor experiences.
• Lead stewardship efforts and report on donor engagement and revenue movement.
