Job summary

The Fisher Center for Alzheimer’s Research Foundation, based in New York, seeks a Database Manager to oversee Salesforce donor data, gift processing, and fundraising operations. You will build dashboards and analytics to guide strategy while ensuring data integrity and coordinating with Finance.

The role requires 5+ years in nonprofit fundraising operations, hands-on Salesforce expertise, and a commitment to working on-site in our Upper East Side office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of nonprofit fundraising operations or CRM/database management.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience (reporting, dashboards, gift processing, data integrity).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience supervising staff or managing data entry teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication skills and professional discretion.
• Commitment to working fully on-site in our Upper East Side office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Salesforce as the Foundation’s central donor database.
• Ensure accurate gift processing, donor records, and reconciliation with Finance.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytics that inform fundraising strategy.
• Maintain data integrity through audits, duplicate cleanup, and standardized processes.
• Supervise and support two Donor Gift Processors.
• Provide donor profiles, segmentation lists, and analytics for campaigns and stewardship.
• Support audit and Form 990 reporting requirements.
• Assist with high‑volume fundraising operations (mail, donation entry, acknowledgments).
