Muon Space is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the DoD/IC portfolio. You will lead customer engagement, capture efforts, and proposals to win new space contracts, reporting to the VP of Growth. Travel up to 35% and requires ability to obtain security clearance.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in aerospace/defense with 5+ years in BD, demonstrated DoW experience, and a strategic mindset to align customer needs with Muon Space’s roadmap.

• Experience on USG captures and proposals.
• Proven success capturing space work for DoW.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.
