Job summary

Muon Space, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth in the Intelligence Community. You will lead customer engagement, pipeline development, and capture activities, owning win strategies and coordinated proposals with engineering and legal teams.

The role requires senior BD leadership experience, USG capture success, and an active TS clearance, with responsibilities spanning strategy, customer voice, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in aerospace/defense with 5+ years in Business Development.
• Experience working with USG captures and supporting and/or leading proposals.
• Active TS clearance.
• Able to build a plan and execute with clear ownership and minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement, pipeline development and capture efforts.
• Develop cohesive strategy for target IC organizations and guide proposals and RFIs.
• Lead proposals, write content, develop Price to Win, and review submissions.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal and finance to advance opportunities and capture plans.
