Job summary

Muon Space is hiring a Senior BD Manager to drive end-to-end commercial and civil space opportunities, collaborating with engineering and product to deliver integrated solutions. You will own the pipeline from discovery through closure, manage complex customer relationships, and help accelerate deal velocity for the company’s strategic objectives.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, deep BD experience in aerospace, and the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in technical roles within aerospace or related fields.
• Minimum 7+ years in business development or sales with full lifecycle responsibilities.
• Experience managing complex external relationships with customers during pre-sales and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial and civil space business capture process.
• Lead customer discovery and lead generation to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Mission Engineering and Product for integrated solutions.
• Manage active pipeline and accelerate deal velocity with cross-functional teams.
• Establish qualification criteria and price estimation for standard deals.
