Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a complex, mission-critical Government program in Laurel, MS. You will provide strategic leadership for contract execution, customer engagement, technical performance, and operational excellence while ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.

You will interface with the CO, COR, and Leidos leadership, guiding multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to deliver integrated solutions for national security missions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager on large-scale contracts.
• Experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, cost tracking, scheduling, and executive reporting.
• Experience using Earned Value Management (EVM) or equivalent financial reporting methods.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-task contracts with multi-vendor environments.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DoD 5000-series guidance, and ICD 801 policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of contract execution to meet cost, schedule, technical, and performance objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Government CO, COR, and Leidos leadership.
• Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure integrated program execution.
• Communicate program status, risks, issues, and solutions to Government stakeholders.
• Prepare and present executive briefings and Government-facing reports.
