Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Level Program Manager to support the AFLCMC/WAG-AT program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will lead DoD acquisition activities, develop acquisition documents, and coordinate with government PMs and industry partners.

The role requires an active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI and SAP access, a relevant advanced degree or equivalent experience, and up to 10% travel. This is a high-impact position within the Special Programs Division.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI and SAP access.
• Masters Degree with 10+ years managing DoD acquisition programs or a Bachelor’s with 15+ years’ experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate courses of action delivering warfighting capabilities.
• Manage program efforts including tech development, engineering, testing, deployment, production and logistics.
• Develop acquisition documents to support government PMs’ decisions.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs.
• Lead the development of RFP, J&A packages, Acquisition Plans and related efforts for new tech contracts.
• Coordinate strategy meetings among DoD and industry SMEs to communicate guidance.

Skills

Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI

SAP experience (last 8 years)

Travel up to 10%

Education

Masters Degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in managing DOD Acquisition Programs

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years experience

DAWIA certification in Program Management (desirable)
