Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

The role focuses on managing complex acquisition efforts across technology development, testing, and deployment, with emphasis on SAP/SCI environments and government program leadership. The ideal candidate will hold a TOP-SECRET clearance, have 10+ years of DoD acquisition experience (or 15+ with a Bachelor's), and possess SAP experience with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI and access to SAP.
• Master's degree with 10+ years of DoD Acquisition Programs experience or a Bachelor's with 15+ years experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• Up to 10% travel.
• Experience in SAP and/or SCI environments and Anti-Tamper experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate courses of action.
• Manage program efforts including technology development, engineering, testing, production, and logistics support.
• Develop acquisition documents for government PM decisions.
• Identify risks and recommend solutions to government PMs.
• Lead/assist in development of RFPs, J&A, Acquisition Plans for new technology contracts.
• Coordinate strategy meetings across DoD orgs, labs, SMEs, and industry leadership.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps for DoD-related technology development areas.
