Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires maintaining TS/SCI eligibility, SAP and SCI access management, and coordinating with government and industry partners.

The position is full-time on-site with travel up to 10% and requires a current Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI. A bachelor’s degree and extensive DoD experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access.
• Bachelor’s Degree with extensive DoD or government experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP security disciplines (Information, Physical, Industrial, Personnel Security).
• Collaborate with Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO).
• Advise on SAP/SCI access policies and procedures.
• Manage PARs for industry partners and maintain access databases.
• Coordinate with industry and military personnel.
• Maintain security dossiers and training records.
• Perform physical security for classified facilities and entrances.
• Develop SAP/SCI security education and training programs.
