Serco is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will lead acquisition activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage risk in delivering advanced AT capabilities.

The role requires active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access, a relevant master’s or bachelor’s with extensive DoD program management experience, and SAP experience. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access and investigation current within 5 years or under Continuous Vetting.
• Masters Degree with 10+ years in managing DoD Acquisition Programs or a Bachelor’s with 15+ years experience.
• Minimum of 3 years SAP experience within the last 8 years.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate courses of action.
• Manage program efforts including technology development, engineering, testing, production, and logistics.
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PMs’ decisions.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs.
• Lead development of RFP/J&A packages and other acquisition efforts for new technology contracts.
• Organize meetings among DoD orgs, service leads, labs, SMEs, and industry leadership.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for DoD-related tech development areas within service laboratories.
• Determine level of support to Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Interact with industry partners to support tech development reviews.
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of critical assets.
• Support Education and Outreach modules and DoD Anti-Tamper Short Course.
