Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Security Support to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. This role requires an active TOP-SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.

You will oversee SAP security disciplines, collaborate with the Government SAP Security Officer, advise on access policies, manage PARs and security dossiers, and develop training programs tailored to unit requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of DoD, government, or contractor experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all SAP security disciplines: Information, Physical, Industrial, Personnel Security.
• Collaborate with the Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) for security duties.
• Advise on current personnel security policies and procedures for SAP/SCI access.
• Assist in managing SAP/SCI access quotas and maintain the unit’s master access database.
• Process PARs for industry partners and verify accuracy.
• Maintain personnel security dossiers including training records, PARs, indoctrinations, and debriefs.
• Develop and implement SAP/SCI security education and training programs tailored to the unit.
