Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role involves analyzing acquisition processes, managing cross-functional tech development, and coordinating with DoD offices and industry partners to deliver high-assurance capabilities.

Qualified candidates hold a TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access, a Master’s degree with 10+ years in DoD programs (or a Bachelor’s with 15+ years), and SAP/DAWIA Program Management experience.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI access.
• Master's degree with 10+ years in DoD acquisitions.
• Experience with SAP environments and program management.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to deliver warfighting capabilities.
• Manage program efforts including technology development, integration, logistics, and testing.
• Develop acquisition documents supporting PM decisions.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs.
• Lead in development of RFP/J&A packages and acquisition plans.
• Coordinate strategy meetings among DoD orgs, labs, SMEs, and industry leaders.
• Maintain roadmaps for DoD-related tech development areas.
• Determine support level for Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Interact with industry partners for development reviews and technical interchanges.
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of critical assets.
• Support Education and Outreach curriculum and training materials dissemination.
