Job summary

Serco invites experienced professionals to join the Senior Level Program Manager role supporting the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will analyze acquisition processes, manage technology development, and coordinate with government PMs and industry partners.

The role requires active TS clearance, SAP experience, and DAWIA Program Management credentials, with travel up to 10%. This is a full-time on-site position based near Wright Patterson AFB.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access
• Masters Degree with 10+ years in managing DoD Acquisition Programs or
• Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of relevant experience; SAP experience in last 8 years

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate courses of action for USAF warfighting capabilities
• Manage program efforts including technology development, testing, deployment, production, and logistics support
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PMs’ programmatic decisions
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs
• Lead/assist in development of RFPs, J&A, Acquisition Plans for new tech contracts
• Organize strategy meetings among DoD organizations, service leads, SMEs, and industry leaders
• Develop and maintain roadmaps for DoD-related tech development areas
• Determine level of support to Foreign Military Sales programs
• Interact with industry partners for technology development reviews
• Plan and execute transport, storage, and tracking of critical assets
• Support Education and Outreach with curriculum development for DoD Anti-Tamper courses
