Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will oversee complex acquisitions, coordinate with DoD labs, and manage risk and execution across engineering, testing, production, and logistics.

The role requires an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI and SAP access, plus 10+ years in DoD program management or 15+ years with a bachelor’s degree. Travel up to 10% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI and SAP access or eligibility.
• 10+ years managing DoD Acquisition Programs with a graduate degree.
• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to deliver warfighting capabilities.
• Manage program efforts including tech development, engineering, testing, production, logistics.
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PM decisions.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs.
• Lead/coordinate RFP, J&A, Acquisition Plans for new tech development contracts.
• Organize strategy meetings across DoD organizations and industry leaders.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps for DoD-related tech development areas.
• Plan support for Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Interact with industry partners for tech development reviews.
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of assets.
• Support curriculum development for DoD Anti-Tamper Short Course.
