Serco is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the Special Programs Division within the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will analyze DoD acquisition processes, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and lead in preparing RFP/J&A packages while coordinating across DoD and industry to mature technologies for warfighter protection.

The role requires a TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, a Master’s degree (or Bachelor's with extensive experience),

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access and current background investigation
• Master's Degree with 10+ years managing DoD Acquisition Programs or Bachelor’s + 15 years experience
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP experience within the last 8 years
• Up to 10% travel

Responsabilités

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate courses of action for USAF warfighting capabilities
• Manage program efforts including technology development and deployment, logistics, and production
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PMs’ decisions
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs
• Lead in development and coordination of RFP/J&A packages and Acquisition Plans
• Organize strategy and policy meetings across DoD organizations and industry
• Develop and maintain roadmaps for DoD-related tech development areas
• Determine support for Foreign Military Sales programs
• Interact with industry partners for tech development reviews
• Plan and execute transportation, storage, and tracking of critical assets
• Support education/outreach curricula for DoD Anti-Tamper courses
