Job summary

McBride is seeking a General/Interdisciplinary Engineer to support AFLCMC/HBS/WIW at Tinker AFB, OK in a full-time hybrid role. You will engage in design, operation, and sustainment of systems across the acquisition life cycle, including technical documentation and regulatory compliance.

This role requires DoD system engineering expertise, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to develop architectures and plan mature solutions for airborne C2 systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD acquisition life cycle and system engineering processes.
• Ability to translate user requirements into system requirements and architecture.
• Experience preparing engineering analyses and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support across acquisition life cycle from requirements through system disposal.
• Develop/prepare analyses, SEP, AoA, and other technical artifacts.
• Conduct system architectural analyses and document planned and existing systems.
• Ensure system interoperability and manage interfaces across components.
