Job summary

McBride Consulting is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the C3BM division at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA. You will manage acquisition programs across the full life cycle, coordinating with government PMs and IPTs to deliver cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

The role requires 8+ years of related experience including 5 years in a DoD setting, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 8+ years of directly related experience with 5 years in a DoD setting.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support Government PMs in executing acquisition programs per FAR and DoDI guidance.
• Plan, analyze, and assess acquisition projects for cost, schedule, and performance.
• Provide PM support to maintain acquisition battle rhythm and deliver capability.
• Assist with acquisition documentation including Acquisition Strategies, APBs, LCSPs, Risk Management Plans, and milestones.
• Coordinate preparation and review of DAES, MARs, APBs, SARs, and other reports.
• Support risk management activities and executive-level briefings with senior leadership.
