Job summary

McBride Consulting seeks a Program Manager SME (Principal) to support AFLCMC/HB within the HBU Force Protection Division at Hanscom AFB. You will assist DoD programs through acquisition lifecycle, ensuring compliance with DoDI 5000.02 and related directives, while guiding leadership on policy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• Clearance: Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 25 years of experience, 15 in DoD; OR 30 years of related experience with relevant certifications, 20 years in the DoD.
• Master’s or Doctorate Degree is preferred for advanced qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, research, analyze, and assess projects to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Support cost and schedule reduction activities for acquisition and development efforts.
• Provide acquisition support to Program Managers and IPT Leads to maintain acquisition battle rhythm.
