Job summary

McBride Consulting is seeking a Journeyman Program Manager to support the Air Traffic System Branch at Hanscom AFB. The role focuses on program-level acquisition, risk management, and coordination across PMs and IPTs in the aerospace management division.

The position requires a US citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and a Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant DoD experience; 8 years total experience with 5 in DoD is also acceptable. Hybrid work is offered with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience; 3 years must be DoD.
• 8 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, 5 years in the DoD.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level acquisition support to PM and IPT leads.
• Advise leadership on program health and options to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Coordinate acquisition strategy planning and execution; support traditional, MTA, and Urgent Capability pathways.
• Develop and review acquisition reports and documentation for milestone decisions.
